the "hundred libraries plan", launched in 2007 by china resources c'estbon beverage (china) co., ltd., was designed to provide libraries of public nature for primary and secondary schools lacking educational resources. bearing the concept of "sharing knowledge in the brain, and quenching thirst in the mind", this plan calls on people to exchange one bottle of c'estbon water for one idle book for the libraries. it starts the recycling of books in urban and rural areas and encourages the public to donate their idle books as gifts for the primary and secondary schools in poverty-stricken areas. so the c'estbon libraries can be established and more attention can be drawn to the growth of the children there, to improve their reading quality, enlighten their minds and broaden their vision.

2007
with the inception of c'estbon “hundred libraries plan”, the first library was established in shi zhen primary school in meizhou city, guangdong province. the plan called on people to exchange one bottle of c'estbon water for one idle book owned by children in urban areas and donate it to the students in mountainous areas so that confidence can be conveyed and happiness can be shared among them.
2008
in 2008, an earthquake hit wenchuan of sichuan province. in order to encourage the children there to overcome difficulties, china resources c'estbon beverage (china) co., ltd. launched the "1 1, china strong" plan, calling on urban children to care for their counterparts in the disaster areas. china resources c'estbon beverage (china) co., ltd. donated two libraries for the disaster-stricken areas of wenchuan. in the same year, the sport class plan also started simultaneously with the donation of 26 sports classrooms by c’estbon.
2009
the c'estbon “hundred libraries plan” was included into the annual public service activity entitled “responsible china, green action” by china resources c'estbon beverage (china) co., ltd.. at the same time, the picture exhibition entitled “creation competition of a responsible china” was also launched and by 2009, 39 c'estbon libraries were donated and established.

2010
closely following the development of cr charitable fund, the "hundred libraries plan" denoted and established a library in c'estbon hope town of baise. in the same year, the program of selecting “good library” and “good administrator” from all donated libraries also started.
2011
after years of exploration and practice, the c'estbon “hundred libraries plan” gradually began its standardized management and operation, and formed an effective and standard operating procedure. in 2011, the design and specification guideline of a vi library system was completed. at the same year, the activity of "story-telling day" was launched to enrich the content of the plan. as of 2011, a total of 65 c'estbon libraries were built.
2012
the c'estbon “hundred libraries plan” intended to initiate the "book tracking system" to strengthen the book-lending management and launch the book circulation activity in which books can be swapped among libraries and schools to maximize the sharing of books. in the same year, a library was donated and established in the children's welfare institute in lhasa, tibet. to enhance the interaction of the plan, in 2012, we started a journey entitled "loving angel" and revisited the c'estbon library in c'estbon hope town in shaoshan.

2013
after seven years of exploration and practice, c'estbon gradually improved the construction standards of libraries, optimized the donation process, strengthened the management of books and the project management of the “hundred libraries plan” has became gradually regulated. combined with the company's overall deployment and requirements, project teams integrated suggestions and ideas from each implementation unit, and enacted the implementation manual for c’estbon hundred libraries plan and handed it out to all regions. in this manual, detailed explanation and guidance were included on the details of the implementation of all projects. colleagues from different regions can effectively implement and complete their works with an improved working efficiency during the implementation process
2015
the c'estbon “hundred libraries plan” entered the ninth year. covering 20,798 kilometers, the plan team has previously conducted in-depth research into rural schools and kept records of the reading condition of thousands of rural children, which raised concerns of the whole society, thus leading to an upgraded new theme of "growing up by satisfying reading with c'estbon". we teamed up with the china national children's center and released authoritative book list, and we mobilized broader social force to raise book donation together with china resources vanguard. 2015 will also witness the establishment of 18 new libraries and the donation of almost 140,000 books. the c'estbon will also call upon domestic reading experts and reading volunteers to hold reading parties in rural areas, aiming at providing rural children with both books and partners. at the same time, we will also carry out public training program for village teachers. by the end of 2015, 150 c'estbon libraries have been established in 18 provinces, including guangdong, qinghai, sichuan, anhui, hunan, liaoning, among others.
our earthquake and flood relief efforts
c'estbon provided a huge amount of drinking water, clothes, tents and other supplies for disaster-stricken areas in the“5.12 wenchuan earthquake", "4.20 ya’an earthquake" and the flood disaster in the northeast and chaoshan area in the shortest possible time. in 2015, c'estbon donated earthquake and flood disaster relief supplies and money worth of cny 1.02 million in total.
protect the pearl river
the pearl river, an ancient river which nurtured life and gave birth to the civilization, is in an emergency and alert has been sounded. c'estbon, together with southern metropolis daily, jointly organized the plan of "fulfilling our responsibility for china, protecting the pearl river". .volunteers and experts were recruited to make inquiries about the pearl river.
